She was thought of on the seventh of Sewit 10, Eclipse, which was the 3rd of May 2009, Sunday. Celedownmon was described on the thirteenth of Sewit 10, Crescent, which was the 9th of May 2009, Saturday. Using the charge of hope, Noctuwomon charged into Celedownmon, the Owl of Hope. The charge of hope was gold in color, with the crest of hope on the center front. Two miniature pairs of wings were on the charge's back. One had white angelic feathers, while the lower one had black owl feathers. Celedownmon was an angel in form. Her beak was light green, while her feet were talons. Celedownmon had a light green manteau covering her upper face. On the sides of the manteau were small black owl wings. Her eyes were light green. Celedownmon's arms and hands were humanoid. Long feminine light green gloves covered Celedownmon's hands. On the sides of the gloves were small black owl wings. Gold chest armor covered her mature breasts and chest. The crest of hope was outlined on her chest armor, in the center front. She wore a light green leather pants, covering her legs. On her back were two pairs of wings. The upper pair was white and angelic, while the lower was black and was owl feathers. Other than her gold chest armor, nothing covered her exposed midsection. Celedownmon was short for Celestial Down Monster.

Her attacks are: Celestial Tornado, Celedownmon flaps her wings gently, releasing a holy white tornado towards her opponent, or opponents. Celestial Grip, Celedownmon raises her right gloved hand, and an energy replica of the side wings are released at the opponent. The wings are strong, and would hold the opponent on the wall, or on the ground, or on the ceiling. If there is a dark spell on the opponent, then Celestial Grip frees the opponent from the dark spell, whatever it could be. Celestial Owl, Celedownmon flies into the air. White aura forms around her body in the air, and both pairs of wings spread out longer, as part of the energy form. An owl beak is formed, and with a flap of her wings, Celedownmon releases the white holy owl towards her opponent.
